Meet The Maker: Emergency Contact Scannable Bracelets | Behind the Scenes

Welcome to another "Meet The Maker" with Riley from Little Ash Co!

Here's what Riley is shared:

When it comes to safety, every second matters. That’s why I created my Emergency Contact Scannable Bracelets - a simple yet powerful way to make sure your information is always accessible when you need it most. These silicone bracelets are fitted with a small disc that can be scanned with a smartphone, instantly pulling up your emergency contact information.
But what goes into making these? I recently shared a video on our YouTube channel walking through the assembly process step-by-step. In it, I show exactly how I put these bracelets together, the tools I use, and the little tricks that make the process smooth and reliable.
What’s Inside the Video
In our tutorial, I chat about:
The supplies I purchased and where I found them.
The assembly process, from setting the NFC disc into the silicone band to making sure it’s programmed correctly.
Tips for making sure the text remains easy to read while still letting you customize the bracelet to your preferred color.

Why These Bracelets Matter
Emergencies are unpredictable, but preparation doesn’t have to be complicated. With a quick tap of a phone, medical staff, teachers, or bystanders can instantly access a contact number or a link that you’ve programmed into the bracelet. It’s discreet, functional, and can give peace of mind for kids, elderly family members, or anyone who wants that extra layer of safety.
