Terms of service

All sales subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing, you agree:

1. The listing is for a digital file, which will be made available for download following
   purchase. No tangible item is being sold.
2. All sales are final, with no returns accepted or refunds available.
3. All designs contained in this product are copyrighted, with all rights, title, and interest reserved by Kristen Thompson and KThomp Designs, LLC unless specifically provided otherwise in these terms and conditions.
4. Included with your purchase of this product is a license for the use of the design(s) subject to the following limitations:
         a. Your license to use the design(s) is non-exclusive.
         b. Your license to use the design(s) is personal to the individual or business                who is the purchaser of record and is non-transferrable to any other party.           To be clear, you are prohibited from buying on behalf of another party or                    providing files containing the design(s) to any third party, including but not              limited to other makers, producers, or manufacturers.
         c. Your license may be used to create products for sale directly to the                          consumer only, not to wholesalers or any other form of resale.
         d. Your license to use the design(s) is limited to 100 units produced, at which              time it shall expire.
         e. Your license may be used only for laser-engraving tumblers. Any other use              is strictly prohibited.
         f. You are prohibited from claiming any copyright or trademark protection of             the design(s) or any element thereof.
        g. You are prohibited from modifying the design(s) in any way including, but             not limited to, using less than a full and complete design, incorporating any           element of the design(s) into a logo, or converting the design(s) for use on             other media.
5. Your purchase of this product does not include any license to use any                    photographs, text, or other intellectual property contained on the listing webpage of this product.
6. This product is created using Adobe Illustrator and/or Lightburn, and tested on      commercial CO2 lasers with Piburn rotary attachments. You will receive an SVG      file(s) containing the design(s) you selected.
7. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to possess the necessary equipment and software, and the necessary operation know-how, to make use of this product. Due to variations in tumbler sizes and manufacturers, you will likely need to measure your tumbler and make adjustments to achieve ideal fitment of the design(s) on your tumbler. No guarantee is made that this product will work as intended with the purchaser’s equipment and software, and the purchaser is solely responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of the purchaser’s use of this product.
